Ways I work with vibrational energy
I use the following techniques either by themselves or in conjunction with one another, if it enhances the healing.
Life alignment is a healing technique which works with the innate intelligence of your own body. Since becoming a practitioner, I have seen the powerful, positive outcomes it has brought to my clients. The Life Alignment healing system just gets right to the core of any issue. It enables transformation so the person can reconnect to love and their inner true and genuine self.
Crystal healing therapy is a relaxing and uplifting therapy which aims to bring balance back to the body through the high vibrational energy that crystals and gemstones emit into the body
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - Sometimes called ‘Tapping’ is a painless therapy which has its roots in the merging of acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology. It has been used successfully on PTSD and panic attacks. It is easily learned and can be used at home.
Spiritual Healing has been around for thousands of years. It is ‘hands on’ healing in the sense that healing energy is usually channelled through the healers hands.
